Singleton IV ’66 received a 2018 [Distinguished Alumnus Award] (https://www.aggienetwork.com/distinguishedalumni/) in a surprise March 28 ceremony at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center. It is the highest honor bestowed upon Texas A&M former students by [The Association of Former Students.] (https://www.aggienetwork.com/)

Singleton, an award-winning architect whose work includes projects in Bryan-College Station and for many local charities, is one of ten 2018 honorees to join the elite few who hold the designation.

Singleton earned a BA degree in Architecture and a BS degree in Architectural Construction from the Texas A&M College of Architecture. He attended A&M on a football scholarship, eventually became the team’s starting center.
