[Parents’ Weekend] (http://tamutimes.tamu.edu/2012/03/26/aggie-families-set-to-flock-to-texas-am-for-parents-weekend/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+tamuNewsFull+%28TAMU+News+Articles%29) , an annual spring celebration honoring moms and dads of Texas A&M students, will be marked at the College of Architecture with presentations Saturday, March 31 by the college’s dean, Jorge Vanegas, and representatives from its four departments.
Breakfast and registration for the college’s activities are scheduled from 8:30 – 9:15 a.m. on the 2nd floor atrium of the Langford Architecture Center’s building A.
Parents will then head to sessions with their students’ respective departments and a presentation by dean Vanegas from 9:30 – 11:20 a.m.
The campuswide event begins Friday, March 30 with [Aggie Ring Day] (http://www.aggienetwork.com/ring/) at the Clayton W. Williams Jr. Alumni Center, one of the most anticipated milestones in an Aggie student’s career.
Saturday’s events also include an open house at Texas A&M president Dr. R. Bowen Loftin’s residence from 10 a.m. – noon and the Aggie Moms’ Boutique from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Duncan Dining Hall.
