Niles Hogan, a Master of Land and Property Development student at Texas A&M, is the inaugural recipient of the Texas A&M Real Estate Center scholarship.
Gary Maler, the center’s director and an outstanding alumnus of the College of Architecture, presented Hogan with the award.
“Gary is a strong supporter of the MLPD program,” said Geoffrey Booth, holder of the Youngblood Endowed Professorship in Land Development. “The program is indebted to him for his support and strategic guidance.”
Hogan earned the scholarship based on his academic performance and commitment to a career in real estate development, said Booth.
The scholarship is part of an MLPD advisory committee’s efforts to fund new scholarships for the program’s students.
