Freshman visualization students added color and texture to black and white photos of a mystery object and collaborated to assemble the small sections into a giant mural of an Aggie ring.

Art created by undergraduate visualization students ranging from the traditional media to interactive, computer-based installations, was showcased at a spring semester-culminating exhibit held May 1-2 at the Langford Architecture Center.

Marquesa Figueroa, an environmental design student, said it was an honor to spearhead planning for the May 5 memorial service for the late Paolo Barucchieri, longtime director of the Santa Chiara Study Center in Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy.
