A fast-paced job fair connected some of the state’s leading building companies with construction science students at Texas A&M during a convention hosted by the Associated General Contractors of Texas.

Six former students from Texas A&M’s College of Architecture who have risen to the top of their respective fields while making significant public service contributions will be honored as outstanding alumni during an Oct. 17, 2014 banquet at the Miramont Country Club in Bryan, Texas.

SIGGRAPH 2014, the world’s premier computer graphics and interactive techniques conference, will once again feature a large presence from faculty and students at Texas A&M’s Department of Visualization.

Numerous public spaces in Europe received “facelifts” from College of Architecture students in three study abroad venues as a “thank you” to their host communities — mirroring the annual Big Event tradition in Bryan/College Station.

Ten young professionals, three of them former design students, will discuss how environmental, cultural and technological changes have affected their career arcs at the 2014 Rowlett Lecture Friday, March 28 at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center.

Sustained, outstanding service to Texas A&M University has garnered a 2013-14 President’s Meritorious Service Award for Kevin Gustavus, an administrator “known as the go-to person” for resolving business-related matters at the College of Architecture.
